Story

Historical notes

In the heart of Tregnago, nestled in the hills of the Illasi Valley, stands Villa Tosi, a historic 18th-century Venetian Villa, listed as a prestigious Venetian Villa.
Since its inception, the villa has been a private residence and a focal point for the local community, located just steps from the central Piazza Marcolongo, next to the Villa Pellegrini municipal building.

The building stands out for its classical architecture, with an elegant façade, framed windows, and a noble portal topped by a tympanum, reflecting the style and refinement of the era.
In its rooms, now meticulously restored, original frescoes still remain, a precious testimony to its noble past.
Villa Tosi is not just a historic residence, but a place that tells the story of time—through period photographs, ancient views of Tregnago, and the charm of a structure that has stood the test of time.

The restoration of Villa Tosi was conceived with a dual objective: to preserve its historical memory and transform the villa into a high-end living space.
Every detail was meticulously considered, restoring the structure to its original identity while integrating it with modern and functional solutions.

The project resulted in 14 elegant and fully equipped units—studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments—designed to offer short- or long-term stays in an exclusive setting.

Guests have access to a private park of over 1,000 m², which surrounds the villa and offers moments of tranquility and relaxation among olive trees, vineyards, and hills.
The highlight of the property is the private swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and perfect for enjoying the timeless beauty of the Veneto countryside.
